Activation keys in Spacewalk
Here we need to create the activation keys on the server

This is needed and used by the clients to register to the server

Clients can only register with a valid activation key which provides system group, channel, sub-channel or child channel, CR (continues release) child channel subscription to the client

Activation keys for spw server: 45 char max length
current keys in spw now
 
new spw activation keys per project: GCP Project Default (all the keys starts with "1-" when they are used in the command)
